Naturis Fresh Meat Food, as the name suggests, is made from fresh meat and frozen for preservation. Absolutely no grains, preservatives, colorants, or binders are added.
We work with fresh meat suitable for human consumption, sourced from EU-approved slaughterhouses. All these slaughterhouses are under strict control by the FASFC, and ours is no different. In addition to the mandatory FASFC checks, we have our meat checked weekly for salmonella and enterobacteria in an accredited lab to ensure that we process only high-quality raw materials.
Raw materials are processed frozen or chilled and are not heated, so that natural vitamins, amino acids, and minerals are retained.
No extra calcium/phosphorus is added to our Fresh Meat Food. The calcium/phosphorus always comes from a natural source:
- For poultry types: ground bones (e.g., grain-fed chickens, duck, turkey, etc.)
- For bovine types: ground bone and cartilage from cattle (e.g., goat, beef, veal, etc.)
- For fish types: whole fish are always processed (e.g., mackerel, herring, salmon, etc.)
All our varieties contain seaweed, which is a real vitamin bomb for your dog.
Naturis has a very extensive range of fresh meat food, so there is certainly something for every dog.
We pack our meat in transparent sausage casings. This is not only better for the environment, but it also allows you to see what you are buying! Because we use only natural products and add no colorants or similar substances, color differences can sometimes occur. This is not because the composition has changed, but because not every animal is equally fat.
For example:
Sometimes chickens are fattier than usual, and then you will see that the sausage is very light in color. If the chickens were less fatty, you will find that the sausage is darker. This is absolutely harmless to your dog and is simply nature.

This food is guaranteed free of binders, fragrances, colorants, flavorings, pork, and animal testing.
Storage: in the freezer
Thawing: in the refrigerator; after thawing, the meat can be kept for 2 more days in the refrigerator. It is best to store the thawed sausage in a Naturis Curver thawing and storage container as it seals well.
Tip: cut the casing from the sausage while it is still frozen! This way, no pieces of meat will stick to your hands or in the clips.
