Why twill is preferred (matte look, sturdier feel)

Our Twill weave offers a more matte appearance than the elegant sateen version. It feels soft, but due to its diagonal weave structure, it has a bit more sturdiness and a natural, robust look. It’s as soft as your finest T-shirt, but for your bed. Just like cotton, TENCEL™ Lyocell comes in various weaves and qualities, and we choose the highest qualities to ensure you always have a comfortable night's sleep.

The sleep benefits of TENCEL™ Lyocell

The bedding feels soft on the skin and breathes better than many other materials. It absorbs significantly more moisture than cotton, dries quickly, and provides comfortable temperature regulation: warm in winter and cool in summer. The fabric is antibacterial and anti-allergenic, which helps reduce irritation and provides a cleaner feeling during the night. Because it is natural and plant-based, you also contribute to a more sustainable production process.

Sustainability and brand values

The fabric is made from eucalyptus and beech trees from FSC-certified forests and plantations. Production requires significantly less water than cotton (approximately 20 times less), and it was treated with a chlorine-free bleaching process. The fiber is biodegradable. Coco & Cici has won the Eco Flower award and was recognized with a European eco-label award. So, you not only sleep well but also with a clear conscience.
