Buffalo

Poultry
At Yourdog, we use duck, chicken, and turkey, which together provide a delicious taste and aroma to the kibble. The highly digestible proteins in poultry support good muscle development and are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Vegetables

Depending on the size of the dog, the breed, or the breed group, ingredients are given extra attention. Breed-specific complaints can be alleviated by using herbs, roots, flowers, and plants.

Apple
The apple tree is a tree from the genus Malus, on which the commonly known edible apples grow, especially in the northern hemisphere. The apple grows in temperate regions.

Carrot
The carrot as we know it today, or the orange carrot, is the result of many years of cross-breeding. The first white carrots originally came from Iran and were brought to the Netherlands by the VOC in the 17th century.
Carrots are an important source of vitamins and fiber. For example, carrots contain retinol (vitamin A1) and beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. This is important for capillary development and the health of all cells. The fibers in a carrot contribute to the dog's digestion. In addition, carrots are low in calories and good for coat and skin.

Banana
The banana plant grows in tropical regions where the temperature does not drop below 10 degrees Celsius. There is even evidence that the banana was cultivated in New Guinea about 7,000 years ago. The name is derived from the word ‘banaana’ from the language of the Wolof people.
Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, and B11 (folic acid), and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. The natural antioxidant, vitamin C, can strengthen immunity. Vitamin B11, or folic acid, can support the immune system and contribute to a well-functioning nervous system. It can also reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Potassium can help lower blood pressure in dogs with high blood pressure, and magnesium can contribute to muscle relaxation and bone growth. In addition, bananas contain many good fibers and promote more beneficial bacteria in the intestines.
Puppy, adult, or senior?
To help you choose the right Yourdog White German Shepherd dog food variant, you can use the following guidelines. If your White German Shepherd is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a White German Shepherd older than 7 years, we recommend Yourdog White German Shepherd Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Transition Advice
If you are switching to Yourdog from another food brand, we recommend following these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to this for another two or three days. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely transitioned to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. After your own discretion, you can then feed 100% Yourdog White German Shepherd dog food.
Storage Advice
After opening the Yourdog package, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage box or container in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to put the food loosely in the container, but to place the entire bag, which you have re-sealed as best as possible, into the container.
