Mulan is a young girl from a famous warrior lineage. In China, where a long disastrous drought has long affected society, a major war breaks out. To protect her father, Mulan decides to disguise herself as a soldier and joins Khan's army, in place of her old, weak father. The war lasts 12 years, and during that time, Mulan steadily rises in rank, demonstrating her skills and determination. Eventually, she is captured by the enemies and thrown into the dungeons, where an old sage helps her escape.

In the breathtaking second part of the film, Mulan, aided by the magical coin, battles the elements of nature. She defeats the enemy and succeeds in awakening the dragon, which plays a symbolic and important role in the course of the story. With the dragon's help, the snow of the Himalayas melts, finally ending the long period of drought.

The war is over, but the legend of Mulan lives on to this day. Running time 45 minutes.
