This Intex 26648GS sand filter pump provides even finer swimming pool water filtration than regular cartridge filters. It works like natural filtering in dunes: water is pumped powerfully through sand, leaving behind impurities larger than a grain of sand. The result is clearer water and less algae and dirt in your pool. The pump delivers 8,000 liters per hour and is suitable for swimming pools up to approximately 40,000 liters.

The sand filter pump has a built-in timer that allows you to precisely set when the pool water needs to be filtered. You can also operate the timer manually if you want to filter immediately. A pressure gauge provides insight into the filter status, so you can make timely adjustments for optimal water quality. With the included pool hoses (2 x 440 cm) and power cord (360 cm), installation is quick. The connection is Ø 38 mm, making it easy to connect to common pool hoses.

Important to know: the sand in the filter needs to be replaced approximately every 3 years, which maintains the pump's performance and ensures consistent water quality. This pump also has a maximum head of 7.5 meters, which is useful if your pool is on a raised area or has a long pipeline.
