When will I receive my order?

After your order's track & trace code has been generated, you will normally receive your order within 2 business days. Please note that in some cases, this may take a little longer due to disruptions, busyness, or other circumstances. Therefore, check your track & trace code multiple times a day to see if there are any updates available.

My track & trace code status isn't updating, what now?

Is the status of your track & trace code not changing? Unfortunately, that sometimes happens.

If nothing happens within the first 4 working days after you receive your track & trace code, this is unfortunately beyond our control. It is possible that your package needs a little longer to be pre-sorted. This is especially the case during busy periods or during exceptional situations such as disruptions or severe weather. Please keep an eye on your tracking code.

If your order remains in the same status for longer than 4 working days, please contact us. We will then investigate what went wrong!

It says my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything!

Oh dear! If the delivery service indicates they have delivered a package but you haven't received anything, we recommend you first check around your house to see if they left it somewhere. For small packages, this could also be the letterbox! Found nothing? Then ask your immediate neighbours if they might have received something. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong house number.

Have you looked everywhere and still found nothing? Then wait until the next business day before contacting us. Sometimes packages are signed off as delivered too early, while the actual delivery is yet to take place.

Is it the next business day, and you still haven't received anything? Then contact us! We will then immediately start working to find out where your package is.

The delivery person missed me?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that you might not have been home for the delivery. You can't always be there, and that's okay!

Keep a close eye on the track & trace page of your order. In many cases, your package will be scheduled for a new delivery on the next business day, or it can be picked up at a pick-up point. In some cases, you will need to schedule a new delivery appointment yourself via the track & trace page.

In any case, the track & trace code will always show the latest and most accurate information. So always check first where the package is currently located.

I'm missing items from my order!

In some cases, especially with large products or orders with multiple items, it will be shipped in several packages to save on weight and costs.

Check your track & trace numbers in the email. Are there commas between them? Then you can look up each number between the commas separately via the delivery service's website.

My order is damaged!

Oh no! Received a damaged order? That's not good. All products on Huismerken.nl are delivered as new. If your product was damaged during transport, or if the product was already damaged in the box, please contact us via our email address: info@huismerken.nl

Don't forget to send good, clear photos of the damage so we can start working on it for you right away.

How can I cancel/return my order?

Have you not received your package yet? Then you can refuse the package(s) at the door. The package will then automatically be returned to us, and you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 20 days.

Please let us know if you have refused the package. We will then keep an eye on it for you. You can easily reach us via our contact form.

Have you received your package, but want to return it? You can do this within our 14-day return period after receipt for any reason. You can register a return via this link, and we will send a response via email within 48 hours. Click on the heading "Returns".

Are you outside your return period? Then we only accept returns for damage or warranty. You can read more about this here.
